Kathleen's 12 years of experience in the title and banking industries led her to open Antrim County Title, Inc. in 1999, and her wealth of knowledge has won her the position of Authorized Agent for Old Republic Insurance Company.
Kathleen works closely with underwriters and attorneys from Old Republic Insurance Company to give our clients the best possible service and information.
Closing & Escrow Agent: Amy has been with Antrim County Title, Inc. since June 2000. Amy prepares and performs on and off-site closings and distributes documents and funds to parties involved. Amy's skill and professionalism have allowed her to forge great working relationships with realtors and lender representatives alike.

Closing & Escrow Agent: Karen has been with Antrim County Title, Inc. since September 2001. Karen performs refinance closings and purchase closings by mail, and distributes documents and funds to all involved parties. She also answers telephones, handles new orders, construction draws, types commitments, issues title insurance policies, and is in charge of myriad other office duties.
Clients and their customers have come to rely on Karen's knowledge and experience.
Title Examiner and Authorized Title Insurance Agent: Tammy has been with Antrim County Title, Inc. since October 2005. Tammy conducts "chain of title" searches prior to closing and issuance of title insurance. Tammy's search and examination of documents will determine status of title; issues such as outstanding interests, undischarged liens, mortgages, judgments or improper conveyances can then be resolved before closing.
Tammy's 8 years of operations experience with a local newspaper, her attention to detail and knowledge of the area are invaluable assets in her position.
